2.1 Contact form

If you use our contact form, your email client sends us the information you provide (typically name, email address, company, and message). We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry.

  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and/or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries).
  • Retention: Until your request is handled and for a reasonable period thereafter for follow-up and record-keeping (typically up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law).

2.2 Website analytics (Google Analytics 4)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. GA4 helps us understand how visitors use our website (e.g. pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source).

GA4 may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish users and sessions. Google may also collect your IP address; in GA4 this is not stored in full by default but may still be processed transiently.

  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent via our cookie banner.
  • Processor: Google LLC acts as our processor for analytics data.
  • International transfer: Data may be processed in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795).
  • Retention: GA4 event data is retained according to our GA4 property settings (default: 2 months for standard reports; configurable in Google Analytics admin).
  • Opt-out: You can decline analytics cookies in our banner, or change your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the site footer.

2.3 Strictly necessary cookies

Our consent management platform (consentmanager.net) stores your cookie preferences. These cookies are necessary to remember your choice and comply with privacy law. They do not require consent.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”) where applicable
  • Restrict or object to processing where applicable
  • Data portability where applicable
  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing)
